  They may be good at selling cars but their service needs improving greatly, phone calls not returned, I was told to take my Skoda elsewhere although it was repaired there or meant to have been, very poor and lacking in knowledge, I spoke to customer services at Skoda and they have been trying to get Station Garage to apologise and they just keep coming up with pathetic excuses for not contacting me, exceedingly poor service

  Don’t even put a mask on to try and rob you!! Bought a 2 year old Fabia from them last year, and then the radio went into safe mode and required a security code (even though battery hadn’t been changed/gone flat). The code wasn’t in with the user guides so returned here to see if they could give me the code. I was told it was possible but I would need to book it in and they would charge £35, I refused to pay (as I believed the radio was bought in built with the car so should have been supplied at no cost) but was told they would have to remove and attach to a computer to retrieve the code. I then went home spent 30 mins online gave my serial number for the radio and received the code straight away (saving £35). The After Sales service is shocking and I certainly won’t be returning here to purchase my next vehicle.
